With experience in Commercial and Administrative Management, and more than 20 years working in the formation and leadership of commercial teams, Gustavo accepted the challenge with Santana Team to open and manage our first unit outside the USA.
Having started his career in the sales area at age 18, He has worked as a Sales Consultant at Coca-Cola, JohnsonDiversey (Distributors), and AMBEV where he has always stood out for his engagement and focus on results. From the age of 24 to 27, he changed segments, becoming Administrative Manager of Santana Engineering, a company in which Gustavo and Hudson's father was a partner. After working in the construction sector, Gustavo returned to the commercial area as a sales leader, having held the roles of Sales Coordination, Sales Manager, and Commercial Director. Most recently, he was in a Group in the Food Retail segment (BR), with more than 1,600 employees and annual revenue of € 250,000,000.00, which he joined in 2012, in the position of Sales Manager and since 2019 had been Commercial Director.
As the Managing Partner of Santana Team Portugal, Gustavo will manage the operations and be responsible for the formation and leadership of the real estate team.
Most importantly, Gustavo loves spending time with his wife and 3 children and is the brother of Hudson Santana, Founder & CEO of the Santana Team.
