"We recently sold our condo in Inman Square in Cambridge. We selected the Santana team because they are well versed in real estate in Cambridge and we knew they would understand our property's worth and how to get the most for our property. We were thrilled with the Santana team that worked on our sale. We were trying to get our place sold quickly so we could secure an offer on another condo. The Santana team worked with urgency, gave us great advice, and answered all of our questions along the way promptly and in detailed fashion. Thanks to the marketing, communication, and negotiating skills of our Santana team, we secured an excellent offer in only six days on the market. The entire process was so smooth and the team of experts (stager, photographer, lawyers, closing specialists, etc.) were excellent to work with. We highly recommend the team at Santana Properties! Selling your home can be a stressful process and thanks to our team it was stress free!

"As Good As It Could Get!"

"I had the best experience ever with Santana Properties. They helped me to sell my house. I had no previous experience in selling a house and I had a tight timeline because of an already planned international move. I contacted Santana Properties via their homepage and I received a call back on the same day. Carlos took almost an hour to explain the basic steps of selling my house and what Santana Properties could offer. I also contacted other realtor companies and had very mixed experiences, none took as much time for me as did Carlos. After the initial contact, Carlos and Liz stopped by to take a look at the house. Three days later they took the photos/drone-videos/3D-images of the house. They helped me to stage the house and even gave me a hand to carry out old furniture. Three days later, the house was listed. After 5 consecutive days of open houses (all organized by Santana Properties), the house was sold. But the support didn't stop there. I received a 'manual' listing all important to-do's, the best timing and what I could expect to happen during the next 8 weeks. During this stressful time, Carlos checked in regularly to make sure I had no question and I felt super confident that everything was on track. And it was! My experience selling the house was as good as it could get! Thank you to Santana Properties and the whole team!"

She works to make the buyers’ experience as seamless as possible and communicates a great deal with the seller, so that we as clients take on less in the overall process. She and Morgan also helped us start renting out our first home, which was an incredibly smooth process!
