Emily Wangia serves as the Director of Operations for the Santana Team, where she focuses on building the systems, processes, and structure that keep the business running smoothly. She works closely with the team to turn ideas into clear plans, streamline workflows, and ensure agents and clients alike have a consistent, high-quality experience.
Before entering real estate, Emily was an elementary school teacher in Boston and internationally in Nepal, India, and Bolivia. That background shaped her thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership and her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Emily holds a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for houseplants, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
