Kelsey is the Listing Manager for the Santana Team, where she oversees the listing process from pre-list through market launch and beyond. With a background in real estate operations, project management, and marketing, she ensures every listing is executed with precision, from coordinating vendors and managing timelines to overseeing marketing and MLS compliance.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Her experience in both real estate and marketing allows her to blend strategic thinking with strong attention to detail, helping create a seamless experience for clients and agents alike.
Known for her organization, proactive communication, and ability to keep projects moving forward, Kelsey is passionate about delivering exceptional results and maintaining the highest standards throughout the listing process.
Outside of work, she has coached gymnastics for more than a decade and enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Brinkley.
