Lisa Santana grew up in the Boston area and comes from a family of real estate professionals—it’s a business that runs deep in her roots. She built her career by referral, known for the way she cared for clients before, during, and long after each transaction.
As the Santana Team grew, Lisa transitioned from working directly with clients to building the foundation that drives the team’s success today. She continues to shape the systems, culture, and client experience that define the Santana Team across Greater Boston.
Outside of work, Lisa invests her time in what matters most—her family. She loves being involved in her children’s lives, cheering them on at school events, and creating the kind of balance and warmth that inspired the team’s culture from the very beginning.
