Terry RiCharde has been an essential part of the Santana Team for more than eleven years. She now focuses on guiding our buyers and sellers from offer acceptance through closing day, walking clients through a process she knows inside and out. With deep knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations, Terry keeps every detail organized and on track while making sure clients feel informed and supported along the way. She believes that no two transactions or clients are exactly the same, and she brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to each closing to help create a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
