"I had the best experience ever with Santana Properties. They helped me to sell my house during these crazy times. I had no previous experience in selling a house and I had a tight timeline because of an already planned international move. I contacted Santana Properties via their homepage and I received a call back on the same day. Carlos took almost an hour to explain the basic steps of selling my house and what Santana Properties could offer. I also contacted other realtor companies and had very mixed experiences, none took as much time for me as did Carlos. After the initial contact, Carlos and Liz stopped by to take a look at the house. Three days later they took the photos/drone videos/3D-images of the house. They helped me to stage the house and even gave me a hand to carry out old furniture. Three days later, the house was listed. After 5 consecutive days of open houses (all organized by Santana Properties), the house was sold. But the support didn't stop there. I received a 'manual' listing all important to-do's, the best timing and what I could expect to happen during the next 8 weeks. During this stressful time, Carlos checked in regularly to make sure I had no question and I felt super confident that everything was on track. And it was!
